Refund, Return & Shipping Policy
Cancellation Policy -
Cancellations are allowed without any question asked. However, it is allowed only till the product is not shipped from our warehouses. Please contact our Customer Care team at +917417424945 or email@example.com to assist you in cancellation of the order. Orders might get cancelled due unavailability of service on Customer’s Location from our courier partner, in which case a full refund will be processed from our end in case of prepaid orders.
Replacement/Refund Policy -
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. In general, no returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you
- or less that the ordered quantity is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.
To get a refund or replacement, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund or You can WhatsApp us on +917417424945. We shall not be responsible for, or entertain refund requests of, any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
- If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end the choice of the customer will be final.
- If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
Shipping Policies -
Due to COVID-19, We are Facing delay in customer response and delivery. Our courier partner are also facing much restriction in delivering the package. So please it some customers may face late delivery issue. We are working hard to resolve this soon.
In order to provide good service and timely and efficient deliveries, please enter the correct pin code in the shipping address field of the Registration Form. Also, it is very important for us to have your contact number, so please enter your correct phone number while registering. The estimated time of delivery within India is generally 3-8 business days, time may vary according to your delivery location.
The standard ground mail service is shipped via Gojavas/BlueDart/Aramex/Ecom/IndiaPost. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours in normal BAU days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
